Week #10 - Browns @ New England

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What’s the over/under on how many times Stefanski says “disappointing” or “disappointed” in the post-game presser? I’m thinking 5.
They need to interview joe woods and ask him why the d is so bad

This is like “The Longest Yard”; not only are they destroying us, but our players are getting carpeted off of the field too.

jakobi hadn’t scored a TD in a million snaps… guess what defense gave him his first

And the offense is based on the ability to run and when missing 2 pro bowl running backs...

If you can't play one game without your RB's without looking like a bottom 5 QB, then you probably aren't that good to begin with.

In 9 games he has under 2,000 yds passing, 9 TD's, 4 INT, and almost 30 sacks. Those are bottom of the barrel numbers no matter what offense you're playing in.

Baker "Happy Feet" Mayfield. That's his new name. I think somebody else coined it much earlier in the season, never more true than today.

This has been talked about at nauseam. This entire offense is based around the run, that's the style of offense KS comes from. It's based on shortening games by ground control. That means Baker doesn't get used as much as other QBs. In fact coming into the game he had the 3rd lowest usage of any starting QB in the league.

I'm not saying he has been good but it's basically impossible to compare Baker in a pure raw stats stand point to others in the league

I don't need stats to come to that conclusion. All you have to do is watch the games.

Have you ever thought the reason they run so much is because Baker's not a guy that can be trusted to lead your team week-in-week-out? Baker's usage is so low because they don't have confidence in him.

An utter disgrace. But after letting the steelers come to our house two weeks back and fuck us what's one to expect? That win over cinci don't mean squat. Heads ought to roll after this loss. And the last thing I want to hear is Stefanski say something like "I got to be better".

Just hire IBMs Watson and let it call plays based off +EPA

From a pure down and distance decision making perspective, a computer would be one of the best play callers in the world, yes.

Obviously scheme and play design are always going to have the human element, but deciding whether or not to go for it or punt, to kick a field goal or go for it, to run or pass on X down and X yardage, those are things that a computer absolutely would do better than most humans.
