Week 11 : Steelers @ Browns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Definitely need a QB that can get the ball down the field going forward.

Hopefully they sign a veteran tomorrow… Really love that DTR got a chance to redeem his poor Ravens game performance but you simply can’t be disrespectful to your own defense and allow a rookie to guide the ship the rest of the way with how well they’re playing collectively

Some of you need to pump the brakes on the Flacco signing and starting right away, you really think he can come in and play well right away?

DTR played well in stretches, had some bad throws, I counted 6-7 drops. Running game wasn’t great. He just lead us on a beautiful game winning drive against our biggest rival, he’s not going to be benched next week for a newcomer who hasn’t played all season.

DTR can get it downfield, that just wasn’t in the gameplan today. He was playing with training wheels. His Interception was off the hands of Cooper on a pass he catches 75% of the time.

It is crazy that this team is 7-3 with a win against every divisional opponent and people are still complaining about the coach. Nevermind their starting QB has played like 11 quarters in 10 games…

IMO you give the rook another game but let him use the whole field. Take the hand cuffs off. He earned it with his throws and composure on the last drive.
exactly. That last drive was absolute cinema. Njoku catching the ball when they needed it most. Steelers shooting themselves in the foot with a penalty to make it worse.

DTR was not very accurate and a more open gameplan likely could have cost the Browns via more turnovers.

Now that the Browns escaped the Steelers game, you can use some of these lesser opponents to build his confidence up and see what he can really do.
Can't have 8 drops -- I don't care what happens but you need players to raise their level in this situation because every little good thing that happens will give the kid confidence and create a different outcome. Early years Njoku showed up today.

His Accuracy seemed fine to me, it was the vanilla offense and then sitting on the short routes

Of the 7-8 drops if they catch 5 of them he’s 29-43, that’s a pretty good completion %. He threw 43 times! Wow

Joe Montana is coming out of retirement. I have proof:

Haslam is on the other line.

What was the streak they just broke? 19 straight against rookies?
