He is going to be a tough sell as a D-Coordinator going forward given how horrendous his units have been since he left Rex, and no team is going to ever dream of letting him be a head guy again.

I think he is going to look back at the opportunity he had here with tremendous regret knowing it was his arrogance and stubbornness that ultimately laid the ground work for him failing so spectacularly.
