Week #17 - Browns @ some team from Pennsylvania - 8:15 pm National Television!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Nope. He cheated on his wife. Got his ass KO'd by Norman Cops. Countless clashes with the media and temper tantrums.
Seriously who gives a fuck if an player cheats on his wife? Literally 90% of athletes do it. Kobe did it, Bron does it, many have. It's not like he punched a women in an elevator, was an accomplice to murder, kicked a women in the women in the head, sexyally assaulted a woman in the bathroom, dragged his dick on a trainer's head. Plenty before him have done infinitely worse. I mean we have players putting multiple girls through Tri C right now with a GF or wife in the picture.

And why the fuck is it anyone's business what happens between him and his wife.....who by all accounts has stuck by him.

Knocked out by cops for running as a drunk college kid. Half the people reading this would have done the same thing. Young ignorance happens.

As for media, we have by far the most incompetent, unprofessional, arrogant media in the league. Literally tears down every player good or bad who comes through here. Fuck them. Not one media personality aside from Ken Carmen is worth dick in this town. It's all miserable bastards pandering to other miserable bastards.

Get off your fucking high horse. Baker Mayfield is a lot of things and he's clearly not an NFL quarterback, but to attack his character is childish.

Jesus Christ, when one thing goes bad here this board is insufferable and. Quality has gone to shit here. No wonder activity is down.

Edit: and yes I was a Baker defender. Everything around his has gone wrong. Playcalling, timely turnovers, Swiss cheese defense, key drops, FGs made or missed.....but he still has had a lot that he has fucked up on.

His body his cooked & now his psyche is too. Time to move along.

Should have shut down the starters since the AFC North and likely playoffs were out of the question. No starters next week.

Baker needs to be on another team next season. Long time defender but not shutting it down and letting the season play out as it might was the wrong answer this time around. Baker got progressively worse after the injury. Worst case scenario is that you end up with a Nick Foles situation.

Just complete crap on the offensive side of the ball. Missing Kareem Hunt. Maybe go look at Mike White on the Jets at this point.

Cool.

Glad I can be personally attacked and it's totally fine. Blame ME for the board activity being down, not the invention of goddamn twitter.

Oh look, now that Baker is done, check social media to see our world renowned media go after Stefanski.

Do people like hating the teams the root for?

Tanking is just not really accepted by the football media like it is in baseball and basketball.

Probably because of how violent the game is comparatively speaking. It's hard to tell guys who are literally risking shortening their lives that you're not going to do everything in your power to win when they're putting that much on the line.

But ultimately it is what it is. If any of these players are pissed off, they're not going to care at all if they end up with a better QB and back in the playoffs next year.

Baker’s wife is gonna be a complete electric factory on social media either tonight or tomorrow…

I could not imagine what this would look like if KC won yesterday and this game counted towards the division title

You would have saw an entirely different game called .

I think Baker sucks and should be gone but KS should take some heat and his moral compass needs to be checked. He let Baker get slaughtered and set him up, that’s slimy and almost fireable

But think about what you're saying.

Stefanski "set Baker up" by... calling a bunch of normal pass plays? The ultimate reason why it ended up being a set up is because Baker is a bad player who can't read coverages or handle a pass rush.

If he was a better player, it would have just been a regular game plan that would have easily resulted in a Browns victory.

Were you the only guy that didn’t know that we were eliminated from the playoffs before the game began? It was not just likely playoffs were out of the question it was mathematical fact.

But anyway, I’m so glad I did not put myself through watching that pitiful game. Looks like it summed up the whole season. Another abomination. Last year I finally see a worthy browns team where we actually get to the playoffs - a great year. And the organization took all of that momentum and good vibes and turned it this year into something so toxic and shitty. Helped remind me that no, Cleveland Browns fans cannot have nice things.

It was also the same game plan against Arizona.

If Arizona wasn’t slimy, how is this?

I know you're mad so I'll let you have that one.

If you want to take it one step further, since about the halfway point of our season, teams have been stacking the box and daring us to beat them with the pass. At some point you have to make them pay. When DPJ took this in route 39 yards, man did he look good. Faster than Minkah, who had an angle and still had to double back. But that was pretty much the extent of it.
The book is out on defending the Browns and it’s up to us to counter.
