I legit don't understand how every single play falls on a head coach.

Is he supposed to hold someone's hand when they jump three times on one drive, or give a stern talking to mid play because someone got flagged for holding? Is he supposed to step in and call plays? Is he supposed to catch passes and cover and block?

You have to start blaming players, eventually. When will we tell Joe Thomas he's a massive pussy? When will we tell Joe Haden that liking Cleveland is cool, but not playing like shit 12 games a year means nothing?

It's easy to call players busts when they clearly are, but the ones that don't get any flack are some of the biggest fucks on our roster.

The defense is full of pussies. I watched Karlos Dansby disengage a ball carrier and let him gain positive yards because he didn't want to eat a stiff arm against Baltimore. I routinely watch Alex Mack get thrown around. I watched two different linebackers ENGAGE a block instead of going at the ball carrier.

This team is a joke, and it needs to start falling on the roster instead of easy scapegoats.

Pettine has talked about having a disciplined team, with low penalties, a tough defense, and overall a team we can be proud of. We are still waiting for at least one of these. The buck stops with the head coach. That's why he makes the big bucks.

Imagine Jimmy hired Mike as manager of a Flying J. And Mike hired employees, and they were all not showing up for work, insulting customers, not cleaning the restroom, and money was always missing from the register. Jimmy would tell Mike to fix this crap and get his employees in line or else he will be shit canned. Same idea here. Mike is in charge of the team. The team takes on his personality. The team is dogshit. Therefore fans are rightfully questioning the coach.

Just because the blender is broke doesn't mean the milk isn't spoiled

But I agree with most of what you're saying. I think O'niel is giving Farmer stiff competition for most incompetent person in the organization, but the a lot of the players are complete pussies. Haden and Whiffner have been the engineers of the pussy train lately.

You don't blame the head coach if players don't play well. He isn't committing penalties. He isn't on the field on D.

If they want to get thrown around, they'll get thrown around. No motivational speech post-drive or at half is ever going to get them to stop playing like defeated bitches.

I'd walk in on monday and throw packs of tampons at everyone who plays DL/LB/OL. Fucking vaginas.

Well said. The biggest indictment of the Pettine regime is that there is never any improvement. This team makes the same stupid mistakes consistently. Nothing ever changes.

There is a total lack of accountability organization wide and it is why the players don't respect him.

He allows Jim O'Neil to go out there and stink up the place week after week and never a word is said because that is his boy. The players see that stuff.

If they respected him they would play with discipline.
 
Why is Crow in the game. He isn't giving us any production. Roll with Turbin and Duke please.
 
Can't even say I'm surprised.

Even for the Browns, the lack of discipline this team exhibits is almost hard to believe.

I hate this team. Just not bad enough to keep you engaged only to screw it all up at the end.

We will clean house at the end of the year and find other idiots that can botch a draft and mangle free agency.
