I still have a number of coworkers and friends who think the answer is putting in Johnny Manziel, and its the first thing they say about the Browns. Maybe one or two 200 yard passing games from Manziel and we can trade him to the 49ers.

But of course, people who talk up Manziel to me aren't Browns fans and don't watch the Browns. Its the only credible explanation.
