Why accept that penalty? The Chiefs average like 12 yards per play, don’t give them more plays

Well, I don't think the issue was so much the plays as the playcalling, so that makes sense. I'm sure Haley's scheme has lots of good plays in it. We saw that in Pittsburgh. It's just a matter of calling the right ones at the right time and using the ones that best maximize your talent.

Right. Haley was 15 yard route kinda guy, and with our lack of talent/speed at WR, that's just not the kinda plays that help.

Probably realized that running is not nearly as efficient as Mahomes slinging.

As a fantasy owner of Hunt last year, Reid did the same shit and had Smith slinging it. Definitely a scheme thing.
