weekly who to start thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Sit 1 from the following:

Hakeem Nicks vs. WAS
Kevin Smith @ OAK
Michael Bush vs. DET
Julio Jones vs. JAC (I'm planning on playing Matt Ryan so I think I'd like to start JJ)

I'd probably sit Kevin Smith, even if he's healthy, out of that group.

Alright Keys, need your help brother. (And anyone else who wants to give advice.)

I'm in the playoffs as the #1 seed, but, despite my attempts to avoid this matchup, I'm going up against a guy who has Foster going against Carolina and Felix Jones against Tampa Bay (or Ben Tate against Carolina, too.. because they're going to run all over them).

Flacco vs. SD
or
Fitzpatrick vs. Mia

(Waiver wire guys: Locker vs Indy (really looking at this matchup if Locker starts) and Ponder vs NO)

RB's: Really need AP to play. The other-
SJax vs Cincy
or
Kevin Smith (if healthy) vs Oakland

(Smith has a better matchup if healthy, but SJax has been pretty consistent on getting his points.)

WR's: Starting Laurent Robinson (vs TB), Holmes (vs Phi), and Maclin (vs NYJ)

Not a fan of my latter two matchups, but would you start Gaffney (NYG) or Damian Williams (vs Indy) over either?
(Waiver wire: Donald Driver (vs KC), Andre Roberts (vs Cle), Early Doucet (vs Cle))

TE is Gronk

Def is either Pittsburgh vs SF or Tenn vs Indy (currently starting).

At this point in the season, I'm all about taking advantage of teams which are certainly tanking.

Flacco has been annoyingly inconsistent and Fitzpatrick has been in a bad rut. I like him against Miami, but I don't like him enough for the playoffs. I'd go ahead and grab Locker ASAP. Obviously start Tenn. defense as well.

You need some stability and consistent points mixed in with your risks. Steven Jackson is one of those steady guys you need to start. Smith is a third stringer playing through an injury. Avoid that type of risk.

I don't trust Maclin's hammy, do you? Keep Gaffney ready to go just in case. Forget about any Arizona receiver not named Fitzgerald. Skelton and Kolb are a special kind of terrible.

playoffs this week.... been on like a 5 game losing streak :(
Bold is what im thinking....but im not sure at all... which ones should i start?

QB: Tebow vs PATS or Vick vs JETS
2 RB spots(pick 2): McGahee vs PATS or Bradshaw vs 'SKINS or Benson @ RAMS or Sproles @ VIKINGS or S. Jackson vs BUNGLES
2 WR spots(pick 2): Victor Cruz vs 'SKINS or R. White vs JAGS or Antonio Brown @SF or B. Lloyd vs BUNGLES or Decker vs PATS or Andre Johnson vs PANTHERS (he is questionable)
RB/WR slot (pick one that hasnt been picked): Antonio Brown @SF

thank you :)

I'd go with Sproles on turf instead of Antonio Brown against the 49ers. Before last week, the 49ers hadn't given up a touchdown in several weeks. Sproles hasn't popped a long one in a little while and he seems due.

No idea Dano

Right now I have McCoy and Steven Jackson as my RBs with Blount as my flex. I am very tempted to put in Julio Jones for tonight's game and possible switch out S-Jax for Blount.

Edit: Welker 'n Nelson are my WRs

So BigMar... you aren't starting Randy Moss in the playoffs?

So BigMar... you aren't starting Randy Moss in the playoffs?

No, I didn't have to. When you make the most league transactions year after year...you're bound to pick up some super duds that never get on the field :king:

Just like Tim Tebow I keep winning.

Jonathan Stewert or Ryan Grant (if Starks is out)

Tony Gonzalez let me down for the first time in a couple weeks. Not the way i wanted to start the playoffs

Damn, looks like Hasselbeck is going to play this week. Flacco don't let me down!

Manningham v WAS or Burleson @ OAK?

PPR

I'm starting Manningham over DeSean Jackson, so hopefully I am not making a stupid mistake (if anyone thinks so let me know)

Also my question before, Grant (if Starks is out) or J. Stewert?

im playing eli, victor cruz, (pick up of the year) and manningham GO washington

I'd go Grant if Starks is out. He got 10 carries and looked good doing it. I just don't trust either CAR running back, seeing as how Cam is their best RB and a stat-whore.
