He turned his back on the organization/teammates/city/fans. My response to this is simple. we don't cheer, we don't boo. 20,562 people turn their backs to Lebron.

i say sell the game out, support gilbert, and then just don't show. leave it empty. he'll get psyched up with the boos, but he won't know how to handle silence.

Can this please stay as a thread? This "homecoming" should be in planning stages for months. Every free throw chant, opening ceremony etc. should be planned by fans and completely coordinated to be the most embarrassing painful experience any player has ever had.

Booing is not enough. You boo any player you don't like. Opponents boo LeBron all the time. It has to be something more. I already like some of the ideas in this thread.

I was going to say the exact thing. Let's be classy about it, throwing things or "Fuck you Bron" chants won't say as much as 20000 people silently turning their backs when he's introduced.

Of course an independent wrestling style "You sold out" chant would be a nice touch during the game.
