Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I feel like this thread should be over on Cavs talk. We need more comedy on the front page.

I am going to say this again REAL SLOW FOR YOU. He counts towards the salary FLOOR. He doesn't count towards the cap. Go research it. I am not guessing here.

Let's just agree to disagree

I think the cavs make some offers on a few rfa's. I dont se them throwing down and a free agent requiring a 10 million contract.

Free agents I think they have their eye on though would be Samardo Samuels and Alonzo Gee.

big name free agents still in their prime will see their current teams being able to offer more years an 30% more on the dollar.

Then you got the over 32 crowd who will be signed at a much lower rate than what they are making now. Those types of signings would be to round out the roster not long term acquisitions.

Cavs Free agents targets are gonna be guys like cj miles, jodie meeks, sam young, not deron williams, and dwight howard.

We dont even know whose exercising options next year and theres still a day left for people to sign extensions.

No the Cavs dont need to spend any money they dont want to. Baron Davis 12 million counts towards the mininum. the cavs will still need to sign some guys but they dont need to put up a large one year salary on someone just to do it.

The salaries amnestied players will continue to count toward a team’s minimum salary requirement. This season teams will need to spend at least 80 percent of the salary cap, and there was speculation thats of Washington would be reluctant to amnesty Rashard Lewis and his $21.1 million salary due to this requirement. But with Lewis’ salary counting toward the $46.44 minimum even if they let him go, the team now has no such concerns.

Cavs will go into the offseason with about 42 million counting towards the min. the Cavs wont be pressed to take on salary if they dont want. 2 mid level contracts will work just fine

heh? double account?

Wow :shakehead

I'd say we are a tight knit community because we scared most people away. Serious thought Davis salary counts towards our cap guy. Throwing big money at a FA next year would guarantee us mediocrity for a long time. We need another impact draft and then once we are on cusp of playoffs you go out and attempt to sign a big FA. Right now it would turn us into the Bucks or Pacers

Well what has IncarcerateBob said about it?

1.) A gallon of what?

2.) Who's face?

I seriously think he is talking about Tiny Gallon

Sad thing is, he didn't even dunk the ball, his fatass just broke the hoop for no good reason. At least dunk the ball to make it worth while.... Tiny
