The other one is about football, so I figured I would start this one (although I honestly don't expect as many people to use this thread).

Anyways, I'm trying to determine whether or not I should start Luol Deng over Al Thornton on Friday.

Luol Deng is playing at Boston, but had a strong showing against the Spurs with 17 points and 9 boards.

Thornton is playing at Utah. Hasn't really been stellar, but you know he's too good to not break out eventually.

What do you guys think?

Luol Deng would be the safer option, but I see what you mean about Thornton. Not sure really :D

Thornton just purely because Boston has the best defense in the NBA.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. I don't expect Deng to have a terrible game, but I think Thornton will have more success against Utah. He just hasn't really been playing like himself, though. It's weird, because he should be trying to take advantage of Blake Griffin being out.
