Will LeBron play when Heat come to Cleveland?

In wake of the fan getting kicked out of the Indians game for sporting a LeBron Heat jersey, PTI's Tony Kornhieser thinks LeBron should not play when he comes to Cleveland to protect himself.
With the events that happened at the Jake last night, just imagine what could potentially happen when he returns to Cleveland..it could get very very ugly.

Security will be crazy for that game. And if anything happens, the Cavs will probably have to play their next home game against the Heat at a neutral court in like...Idaho or something.
