Windy's most depressing article yet

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I left Cleveland because there is no IT field there... Texas is the next "Silicon Valley" and quite frankly I love it here in Houston - I miss home but I know there is nothing for me there anymore.

The only good thing about Cleveland is when the zombie apocalypse hits, the Great Lakes region will be a mecca for survivors because of our supply of fresh water.

The problem is Windy to too busy positioning himself as a Labia's biographer to bother with being a journalist anymore. Style over substance baby! Miami style!!

Great Lakes? Sure ... Cleveland not so much.

You'd be safer digging a well, than drinking untreated Lake Erie water.

I'll even go farther than that.

Lake Erie water will be responsible for the zombie apocalypse.

I know a few others in this thread have said this, but all Windy has to do is look at current government statistics. Florida's economy is much worse than Ohio's, and Miami's economy is worse than Cleveland's. The reason why Ohio's population is shrinking is because it's easier to be homeless down in Florida in the winter.

Great Lakes water...mmmm. I can almost feel Huron trickling down on my face.

What's DEPRESSING about that article is what's become of Windhorst...

I'm not gonna lie... I probably will end up leaving Ohio. I'm 22, almost graduated from college with a degree in Sport Management and in that business you constantly are on the move from organization to organization, wherever you get a better and higher position. But does that mean I wont apply for every position open in Sport Marketing when one opens up here in Cleveland?

I will do that every year. Yes even if that means taking a step back because I honestly don't care about money (Just who I am) -- I care about my dream and If I can get my foot eventually into a Cleveland Organization I will work my ass off to advance in Cleveland. I'm from Youngstown, Moved to Akron area, and Love Cleveland. Northeast Ohio is home and I love all you fans and I want to be part of this forever, even on a professional level.

I don't drink Great Lakes water; I drink Great Lakes BEER, instead...

Good stuff only Great Lakes brewing makes Ale...

You're on the right track. Unless you drink Blackout Stout in the morning.

Ohio's population declined because Blacks are leaving the North. I see it in my Ohio town right now. The once "ghetto" part of town has less crime and blacks in it. Some neighborhoods are refilling back up with Whites again as they leave the burbs. This is a slow running transformation, but it is becoming more and more evident by the day.

Texas is the next big state bust. When the next economic contraction comes, they will be hit the hardest even with the huge mass of federal subsidies that they ste.........er get. Then that will be gone. Texas had peaked out. Nowhere to go but down.

Ohio's economy will rebound when America decides they want to make stuff again rather than looking for the cheap buck down south or in Asia.
