Wizards Turning Into Team Turmoil

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The wizards are like a team you play at the Rec center or something. They got some good players , but they dont know how to play as a team, and think defense is the plague. They might make you look bad at times with their individual play, but when it comes to winning they have no idea what it takes.

"Also they are a bunch of whining babies"

If they could play us every night they'd be a really good team. It just shows that they're not capable of competing every night though. it's nice to raise your game for a "rival" in the regular season, but how about playing at that level every game?

Anyways. I hope we can steal Butler or Mike Miller off of them. Mike Miller looked absolutely sick against us. I think he'd slot in at the 3 perfectly for us and let Lebron move to the 4, with no ego to deal with. Plus he's a gifted passer, which means he can set up Lebron and Mo, and knock down the open 3. and presumably guard Rashard Lewis and force KG to have to guard Lebron or stay out at the 3 point line.

They sure kicked our ass last week... Ego's aside..

They sure kicked our ass last week... Ego's aside..

This is true, and it is the singular reason why they are 1 game ahead of where they were last year..... Superbowl came early. :D

I've said it once, I'll say it again:

They need to break up their supposed "big three".

The Wizards are obviously having trouble co-existing with each other. The only way they can unite as a team is when they play the Cavs. It's been this way for years now.

Oh, and they're horrifically injury prone. All three of them are.

Am I the only one chuckling at Arenas, who is shooting all of 39% from the field so far this year, talking about needed to take over games more offensively?

Of the top 20 guys in the league in field goal attempts per game, there are only two guys under 40% shooting for the season. One of them is Trevor Ariza who seems to be having a little bit of a difficult time adjusting from being the 5th option on a title team to the 1st option on a mediocre team, and the other is the 111M dollar man Gilbert Arenas.

Dollar for dollar, Arenas is the worst contract in the NBA and I don't think its even close.

I hope the Wizards continue their meltdown and deal Jamison to the Cavs for peanuts.

I don't think any of those things are the reasons they are struggling. I just think they are this bad. This core is the same core that has been a .500 team when healthy for 5 straight seasons. Now they are older, and Arenas isn't the chucker he use to be. He is worse. They just aren't a good team.

I wonder how much longer it's gonna take the Washington Wizards, their media, and their fan base to realize what the rest of the NBA has known for years now. Even if they are completely healthy, they are at best a fifth seed in the East and are not a serious playoff team.

Gosh; I'm sure glad the coaching change worked out for them and they now have their shit together.

Does anyone else get a kick out of Arenas saying that if they keep losing, he's going to have start doing things to help them win? I'm like...why not do that BEFORE you end up 4-9? I don't think he still has it to be honest, and it's kind of sad to hear him think he does. Wouldn't be suprised if he just ended up reinjuring himself. Jamison and Miller are the only sane people on that team. Bunch of wackos!

Too bad this team hates us.. Caron would be a perfect second option.

"I'm sitting here thinking, 'Do I have to go into attack mode like I was [three] years ago to get us over the hump?' " he said. "I hope not. It's only so many nights, so many games before I'm going to have to start doing what I do."

LOL wtf does this even mean? He's dissing his teammates and making a fool out of himself all in one quote. It's like he wants people to believe he's not really trying that hard right now but he'll have to start actually playing soon if his teammates keeping sucking.

For all the hype going into the season that Agent Zero is back...he's been a shell of his 06-07 form. He's lost all explosiveness, and I don't want to hear the BS about him regaining his atheleticism as the season goes on, he's been rehabbing for over 2 years! Im sorry but it's gone.

He's still a great shooter and will no doubt raise his percentage as the year goes on but his finishing ability around the rim has severely declined as a result of all the injuries. It's a shame really...even worse then what happened to T-Mac because Gil hadn't even hit his prime yet.

I know Haywood and LeBron have had their past, but man would I love to have him on this team.
