Wolves offered Mike Miller for Kaman?

According to an NBA source, super active Minnesota Timberwolves GM David Kahn has offered Mike Miller to the Los Angeles Clippers in exchange for Chris Kaman. The Clippers shot down that trade, but countered with Marcus Camby.

If the Clippers were really looking to dump Kaman i don't see why they wouldn't have done this(if the rumor is legit). Miller could have a nice role on that team and he only has a year left on his contract.

More importantly, this shows us that camby is available. we could use a guy like him for the right price.

Why would they want to trade Camby? I thought they were trying to clear cap, and Camby is an expiring contract. I know they want to make room for Griffin, but if I was in the Clippers position and I had to choose between cap space or the better deal, I would take cap space because it will take a lot more than Griffin and adding Miller to make that team a playoff contender.

Decent trade for both teams... Wiz probably get a little more out of the deal.

Clippers frontcourt is ridiculous now they will be adding Blake Griffin, they need to release some guys otherwise there won't be enough minutes to go around - Simple as that.
