Not sure I even want hm but can we start a safari just so we can see all the fucked up pictures of him like we did Bynum...Ron Ron has to have plenty out there...and oh yea who does not wanna see him photoshopped as a Lion

Get it done Chris!

Doesn't exist, never has, never will

Unless decreed by God

Nah. Safaris aren't for everyone now. Enjoy them when they come, and while they last.

I only want him for the Miami games. Maybe the fans would get him so worked up that he would attack LeBron and try to eat his ears or something.

lloyd said no world peace

What did he say? And if we were going to put an amnesty bid in on him, would we tell anyone?

I would think he would be worth at least a minimum bid as someone who was a starting SF last year and who has played for Mike Brown twice before. THe more players we have with experience with Mike Brown's defense, the quicker the team will pick it up.

I'm surprised there has been no word on amnesty bids by now, I thought the deadline was 5pm today.

If I remember the interview correctly, it sounded like Lloyd was speculating, not basing it off any thing he had heard. He wasn't a good fit for what they are trying to build. He said if Metta were the final piece, they would be more likely to consider him.

Someone correct me if this isn't accurate.

We will find out tomorrow at 5

Finnan on MWP:

There was some talk about bringing former Lakers forward Metta World Peace to the team. The Lakers used the amnesty provision on him and waived him. However, World Peace is not what the team needs. It might be a case of him being more of a bother than he's worth. Coach Mike Brown and the former Ron Artest are close. His kids love him, too.

We'll find out after 5 today if anyone put a bid in on him right?

We’ll find out today at 5 pm ET if @Metta World Peace cleared waivers. If so it sounds like Clips, Cavs and Knicks have interest.

I'm surprised we didn't put a league minimum offer in. Turns out we could have gotten him for that too.
