...blown out by 20 to the 76ers. 95-75.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Andre Miller scored 21 points and the Philadelphia Sixers dominated the Detroit Pistons 95-75 on Friday night to take a 2-1 lead in their first-round series.

Samuel Dalembert had 22 points and 16 rebounds, and the Sixers led by as many as 24 points in their first home playoff game since 2005.

The Sixers proved their Game 1 victory was no fluke, doing everything Detroit normally did on the way to five straight trips to the Eastern Conference finals: Hit clutch shots, never lost composure and kept the pressure on all game to never let the Pistons go on a serious runs.

Game 4 is Sunday in Philadelphia.

As much as I am enjoying this, I still see the Pistons winning game 4 and controlling the series from there.

lol... Sad part is they are the superior team...

Unfortunately, I agree. At some point, they are going to show their superiority...right?

My question is this...if they do endure a 1st round exit, is Flip fired? This would be his 3rd straight year of failing expectations with a supposedly superior team. Or, is it something more...and that the Pistons have actually been overrated for 3 years? :dunno:

Not really. the pistons are 1-13 in game 3's on the road since having billups rip and tayshaun in 03. they will win in 6

I watched it and they had a strikingly similar performance to our game 3. Huge amount of turnovers and nobody outside of Rip and Tayshaun could hit a damn shot. I don't feel like they will lose the series though.

F the Pistons. I really have nothing else to add other than that.

Chauncey is struggling to start this one off, Sheed not as aggressive due to an early foul and the Sixers have the momentum so far. I am gonna watch every second of this in an attempt to use some of this 07' Cavaliers Conference Finals playoff karma to jinx the Pisstons.

Igoudala is really getting exposed in this series. Didn't he turn down something like 5 years and $60 mil? Whoops.

Hard to believe it's 2-2 with him playing so poorly. I think that is more an indictment of Detroit than anything else. Really no excuse to be struggling with a team with almost zero half court offense and shaky rebounding.
