As for this Ms. Binger being an ex, I have a feeling that Grady isn't having trouble finding ladies who look just as good. Just a thought. And he won't have any problem finding ladies just as fine in two years when he is wearing pinstripes or sox.

But, seriously, Nicky was the only one to notice the main issue at hand here.. Clothes by the bathroom is just in poor taste all together... I'm sure James feels the same way too...

Also, I do chuckle at Sizemore's physique.. I thought he hit the weights a little harder than that.. He's kinda built like an older guy that is in shape...

His old woman looks good though...

Indians' Grady Sizemore starts legal action against racy photos on Web site

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore says legal action has been taken after pictures of himself in various stages of dress and undress appeared on an Internet site Sunday morning.

"These pictures were stolen illegally from my girlfriend's email," Sizemore told The Plain Dealer on Sunday night. "It's now a legal matter that is under investigation. I can't say anything more."

MLB and the players association are said to be investigating the matter on Sizemore's behalf.

At least 15 pictures of Sizemore appeared on the Web site. He is alone in all of them. He's taking pictures of himself with a cell phone while looking into a bathroom mirror in several of them.

In some pictures Sizemore is fully dressed. In others, he's in his underwear or nude.

"I have not seen the pictures," said GM Mark Shapiro, "but I will look into it."

Sizemore said the pictures were meant for his girlfriend only.

Last season Sizemore, considered the face of the Indians' organization, played with two injuries that required surgery in September. He underwent surgery on his left elbow and for a sport hernia. He suffered both injuries in spring training.

Sizemore hit a career-low .248 (108-for-436) with 73 runs, 20 doubles, six triples, 18 homers and 64 RBI. Sizemore, 27, is a three-time All-Star and two-time Gold Glove winner.

Oh please. If your girlfriend had been more careful, NO ONE could steal her pictures. What email program or site does she use? That makes a HUGE difference. Some are very secure. Some not so much.

Anyway; I feel this is a wah, wah moment. This is the internet and shit happens Grady. You put yourself into compromising situations, then you deal with what could possibly happen because of it.

But it must be nice to have a MLB to take up your legal action for you. Most of us don't have the luxury of that kind of help.

I'm bewildered that anyone, let alone celebrities, still emails and/or texts pictures of themselves in compromising situations. All it takes is one argument and your ish is all over the web. This is a playmate we're talking about here. Did you think it would last forever? Not to mention you can't really get her back by sharing her pics online now can you.
 
boobie I would take the pics off ASAP, the News just said hes taking legal action against the sites who posted the pics.
 
MLB and Grady don't have a case. Nor does MLB have any right to request the pics be taken down. MLB states that the pics belong to Grady. That's fine and dandy and all, but the pics also became his girlfriend's pics once they were emailed to her. Besides all of that, anything transmitted like that over the internet is fair game for anyone unless the email specifically stated the pics are the property of Grady Sizemore only AND are copyrighted material.

MLB is requesting that risque pictures of Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore be removed from the Internet site that posted them Sunday.

As of early this afternoon the pictures were still posted along with MLB's request from its Department of Investigation to remove them.

Sizemore told The Plain Dealer on Sunday night that the pictures were intended for his girlfriend, but were stolen from an e-mail. Sizemore is reportedly dating Brittany Binger, a former Playboy Playmate.

In part, MLB's e-mail to the Web site said, "The photos posted in the article cited below are the property of Grady Sizemore. They were stolen from a personal computer. We've begun an investigation and request that you immediately remove Mr. Sizemore's property from the posting."

The Indians released a statement today saying, "We fully support Grady as he deals with this personal matter. The posted photos were stolen from his girlfriend's e-mail account and a legal investigation is under way."

The Web site posted at least 15 pictures of Sizemore. He's fully dressed in some, wearing only underwear in others and all but nude in others. The setting for many is a bathroom with Sizemore using a cell phone to take pictures of himself into a mirror.

Sizemore is alone in all the pictures.

I dont know if this sounds stupid or whatever but Im guessing this picture was takin in a Hotel room...Therefore the closet would be outside the bathroom. Which would happen to be about 3 or 4 feet outside the bathroom door....Lol

It's funny how the media and others simply are assuming these pics were stolen from the ex girlfriend. Are they assuming that just because she said it was so, or do they have the actual proof they were indeed stolen?

For all we know, she forwarded on the pics to her girlfriend or something. After that, anything goes. She could have been gloating to a friend over the fact she use to see Grady, and we all know how that goes. I don't see how anyone can know what actually happened. Is his ex going to tell him the truth or maybe something other than the truth? He can't be so naive to think the possibility doesn't exist his ex girlfriend sent the pics along to whoever.
