i think all the PG's slide this year because of need although One could go to Atlanta at 5.

as for the Cavs pick they get an athletic wing player who can shoot it.

Isn't Roby a 6-6 SG ?

How are we ever going to improve that PG position without getting a decent free agent PG or one through the draft ?

We cannot go through another year like this without a real PG upgrade.

Roby's comparison was Allan Houston so thats nice but I doubt he ever becomes as good as H20, I'd prefer to get a solid PG..Foye being my top target. I wouldn't mind trading up into the first round, if we were somehow able to get a PG for Drew and trade up for Tyrus Thomas..holy shiat. And if we can't find a decent PG via the draft or FA then try to get Shawn Marion :D

I dont want to buy a draft book or anything but can anyone find me a link on ALL the players entering the 2006 draft? It'd be much appreciated.

Someone who could just shoot it and play solid defense would work, even if they are not a true PG. Lebron starts the offense a high portion of the time anyways, and Hughes has enough skills to bring the ball up.

i think tyrus is overrated he doesnt have very good post moves and isnt a good shooter but since hes so athletic he will prolly improve those he should go 2 a team that isnt lookin 2 win rite away cuz IMO tyrus is a project player

tyrus is overrated!!!aldridge owns all big men in this draft.tyrus is hustle right now,he can develop but he wont be immediate impact.

anyone think mardy collins could fall to #25 or think the cavs could benefit from trading up to get him?

He might be there at 25. I hope he is because i watched him play last year vs Duke. He seemed extremely athletic and kept them in the game for a little while. I would like to trade up to get him but other teams may want to much.

trade up and get jj redneck... I heard he can play pg really well with good size... but mybe not, im not to much of a collage basketball guy... anyone agree with me??

No..its Reddick btw, he is a spot up shooter, I'm not sure of how "athletic" he is going to be in the Association, he reminds me of a smaller Dunleavy. White Duke product that can shoot and that's about where it ends.

Foye would be my 1st choice as well I just don't see the Cavs being able to move up enough to get him.

i don't have a mock, but i would think that this draft will be more international than most bc of the new rule about players coming out. Common sense, no? Hopefully Ferry can succeed in bringing us an instant contribution.
