Your thoughts on the semi-new pregame "photo op"

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
For those asking if we did it yesterday...that was from the Nets game (on Sunday). I suppose Wally sat out of this one because he is too pretty in street clothes. Would not want to show up the uglier players.

I was just hoping for him to pull out the 'Blue Steel' with the sunglasses and perfect hair. :(

Video: Shaq calls LeBron's intro 'weak,' goes human bowling

By J.E. Skeets

Yes, you read that headline correctly.

By now, you've no doubt seen LeBron James and the Cavaliers' hilarious pre-game "photo-op" intro. Before the starters take the floor, LeBron pretends to grab a bunch of cameras from his teammates and snaps pictures of them as they pose for group shots like high school students out on a class trip.

Here it is in all its mock F-stop glory:

Well, not to be outdone/YouTube'd, Shaquille O'Neal called the LeBron's intro "weak," and tried his hand at choreographing a better one in the locker room before the Suns faced the lowly Wizards over the weekend. Pay attention, Donnie!

"Everybody always talks about LeBron's weak intro, so I challenge LeBron to intros," The Big Xerox told reporters/bloggers post-game. "Alright? So he does his little camera thing, we did our bowling thing, we'll let the people decide. If he changes his intro, then I'm going to change my intro."

So, "people," which choreographed pre-game ritual do you like better? Let's hear it.

Yeah, that was really stupid. Sorry Shaq, you're a funny guy, but that just doesn't work at all.

I think there's one big thing people might not consider though. What is Shaq ends up in Cleveland next season with respect to the pre-game ritual?

If Shaq ends up in Cleveland next season, there might be a full blown circus during intro's, complete with elephants and juggling monkeys riding unicycles.

Shaq in Cleveland = game starts 30 minutes late because of pregame ritual(s).

There about to debate who's is better,The family photo or shaq's bowling strike on around the horn. Should be interesting

We just pwned the suns, Woody and Jay both said ours is better.

LMAO Shaq challenges Lebron's pre-game routine

I was just watching SC and Shaq was on and he said (paraphrase) "Everyone has been talking about Lebron's weak pre-game routine, so I challenge Lebron to intros, he does the camera thing, we do the bowling thing, so we will let the people decide." So on ESPN sportsnation poll they have which routine is better. I find this epically hilarious and I will stay tuned in to ESPN to find out who wins. I wonder if Lebron will say anything.

If you haven't seen Shaq's routine, he pretends he is bowling over his teammates like bowling pins. It isn't bad, though Lebron's is better. :chuckles:

EDIT: I didn't realize it had been posted in the other thread, my bad. Still, I think this could deserve it's own thread.
