Figured since a bunch of us have iPhones, some just recently with the new 4, I figured we could put down our favorites because anything I ever see as 'Featured' in the App Store never seem that great.

1. Runkeeper Free - awesome exercise tracker that I just picked up. Doesn't matter if you run, walk, bike, hike, etc. it will keep your time, pace, and calories. The coolest though is tracing your route via GPS to give you exact mileage and shows you all of your routes on google maps. Here's my my profile http://runkeeper.com/user/brunercm I keep the maps private but my walks are in there. Check out other profiles to see maps. Pro version does even more.

2. Sparkpeople - calorie and fitness tracker that interacts with main website Great site that allows you to keep track of all your food. Discovered after I was using 'Lose It'. That's a good app but you have to enter all of it on the iPhone. No thanks. This allows you to do the main work on the website, but you still can enter whatever you want on the phone as well. Has a ton of food already in their database but also allows you to search other users manually entered food if you don't feel like entering yet another label.

3. 100 Pushups - this is been kicking my ass. Start off with a test to see where you at and then recommends intervals of pushups to build up to and beyond 100. (3 food/exercise apps in a row? yes I am trying to lose weight. 20 pounds so far baby, 260 to 240!)

4. Around Me - trying to find nearest bank, coffee shop, gas station, or bar? Choose your category (there are tons of other ones) and it will show you in order of shortest distance. You can then import driving directions into google maps with one click.

5. Tom Tom - a little expensive but so completely worth only having to worry about 1 device. Just as good as a standalone unit. Integrates iPod controls and lowers volume on music when giving directions.

6. Mint - another recommendation that is more a website recommendation than just an app. Mint collects your info from all your bank accounts so you can easily track all info from one location. The app puts it into an easy on the go view.

7. Pandora - best for last. I'm sure 95% of you have and use this already but its easily my most used app. Pandora multitasking on iOS4 is a dream come true.
