I don't know about you guys, but I think Z would make a great all-star, but I'm glad he's not playing. We all know he's an all-star playing through these injuries even after signing a big league contract. Z isn't quitting on us, therefore despite not being picked as an all-star he deserves a little R & R more... While we are all disappointed now he didn't get picked I think we will be greatful we have a well rested Z coming down the strech.

I don't think we can be too disappointed- Z did start off pretty slow with the knee problems and later the finger. Plus we were learning a whole new system under a new coach.

I'm just glad he's picked it up in the last 2 months or so- 16 blocks in his last 5 games shows he's moving his feet better and rotating faster.

Ben Wallace and Shaq will miss Z when they're getting hacked and sent to the line on purpose.

I'm all for rewarding the Pistons, but disagree with the selection of Rasheed Wallace. He plays his role very well, but to me falls short on being an allstar. No qualms at all with the other selections. Ilgauskas plays a bigger role and to me at a higher level then Rasheed. Wallace though is surrounded by a much better unit.

Yeah people made a huge deal about no Piston being in the starting lineup and this is teh result. Oh well, the fans vote every year and people complain every year. This is a contest for the fans, so i have no problem with them deciding the starters. Of course you arent going to agree with who the fans pick but thats just the way it is.

I think Z is less upset then you guys. He has already made 2 all star apearnces and was recently hurt. So I think the big guy is going to value his rest and take his wife out.

I don't have a major problem with the all star reserves. Arenas is the biggest name left out.
It was iffy if Z was going to get picked. I agree with what others said. It's good for him to get the rest. We need him as close to 100% as he can get for the rest of the season. His knee is still bothering him, he has the dislocated finger and his feet could always use some time off. It's actually a good thing he wasn't chosen.

This is a great result for Cleveland. A refreshed Ilgauskas is just what we need......... and a point guard and a backup C and a .............

Anyways, I just believe Rasheed should not have been selected. Very good player who is fuilling his role well. However they generally do not select role players.
