Z Out For Tomorrow's Game

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
ugh, Z is the key to our front court. He make it easier for Wallace out there.

No game thread? Lebrons going to have 50.

I'm not at all upset that Gooden is gone but this is one area where he provided some help. Frontcourt and low post scoring if Z was out. The Cavs lack that when Z isn't playing. Smith is more of a mid range scorer.
Z is even more important to the Cavs now.

Z proclaimed he is out two weeks

Ugh we are so unlucky. Hopefully Z won't play in the Olympics this summer is he is having back problems. It doesn't sound like the Cavs are gonna let him play anyway.

With Z going out, we really need our big men to step up and produce some points out of the frontcourt... We're going to be missing his production down-low and his presence down there is going to be missed...

Joe Smith is the guy that they need to start posting up more and getting more touches too, as we need to milk him for some points down-low with Z out... He's fully capable of it, I just don't get no plays have been run for him since he's been traded here...

But the thing that I'd like to see happen is us go small and I don't why Mike didn't try to do it against the Bulls, when we wouldn't be at a disadvantage... We really have the pieces to go small and it usually works well with having guys that work well in the open court (LeBron, Delonte, Andy)... It's also nice to go small because it forces the other team to compensate and it usually creates mismatches with a PF having to guard our SF... I like it when we go small too, because we usually seem to reel off some real runs and when we are struggling on the offensive end and with offensive movement, it usually helps in that area too...

Luckily for us we came up against a team with no center and a starting forward who wouldn't know what a mismatch is.

Possibly due to rebounding. The Bulls out rebounded us both offensively and defensively, and Brown hates conceding that battle.

Will he be able to be on the playoff roster ??

Is there any type of clause that would allow those "30 day" returning guys to be available for the playoff roster, despite not making the early March deadline for such a thing ??
