The articles written of late saying that Wally won't be shipped, have some degree of merit. We absolutely won't do anything to mess with the chemistry on this team, unless we have available to us, something that will unquestionably improve the overall quality of our team moving forward.

This degree of chemistry is tough to achieve, and we do believe our chances at a championship are far far better than at any time last season. We feel we're the best team in the Eastern Conference right now. But, getting the homecourt is a key advantage to us.

Disrupting the chemistry in a big way, that may cause some step back in our team even for the short term, could cost us a chance at the home court ...so we are going to be extremely careful in what we do.

I like a few of the options I've heard about very much, but, they all require some tinkering to make it become a match. Most seem to need a third team to step in a smoot things out.

But, we're also remaining patient, because another option which Danny prefers to wait on, could present itself in a little while, as of yet it hasn't ...but, the way things are going, we may see a key team change it's directionc from now, to later ..and if that happens we could see the player of our dreams come available, and it would work perfectly for us, in my opinion,...and the high ups.

But, we just have to hold on and wait it out ...I think something is going to eventually happen, but, if nothing does ...we'll still be a great shape in my opinion.

I will say this, though ....an injury of any length to a big man could really mess with us, and we might want to protect ourselves for that possibility ...

Parker has an expiring, and I think they may move him to try and get more value. I don't mean just Wally and Boobie. We may need to include West, or Hickson. We will for sure have to include JJ in this deal.

Yes of course i'm serious. Toronto will not except a low ball offer for Bosh. Duh. I said Boobie will have to be invlolved. And the reason is is because they need a back up PG and they need a decent SG which Boobie could be.

This team literally has nothing Toronto will want for Bosh. So unless we take a bad contract off of their hands (they don't have any really) then we have no way to get Bosh that isn't a three way trade.

I would trade LeBron for that if I knew he was going to leave anyways in 2010. If they trade him, it makes a lot more sense to do so this year, unless they think they have a shot at winning next year, because he will be seen as a "rented" player for one year; trading him now at least gives whatever team lands him a year and a half or so... It all really depends on what other teams are willing to offer for Bosh. You can eliminate quite a few teams that are trying to rebuild, I think, simply because they aren't going to trade a bunch of young, talented players for Bosh. If you look at all the teams that would have a good chance to win if they got Bosh, you have to look at basically just the top ten teams in the league, IMO.

According to Hollinger's rankings, the top ten teams are:

Cavs, Celtics, Lakers, Hornets, Nuggets, Blazers, Magic, Jazz, Rockets, and Hawks.

Celtics (KG), Lakers (Gasol), Nuggets (West), Blazers (Aldridge), Magic (Lewis), Jazz (Boozer), and Hawks (Smith) all have pretty good PFs that play well in their system. I could see the Blazers trading Aldridge and some other young players, and the Jazz possibly trading Boozer for Bosh as Boozer as said he is going to go to the free agent market, but I don't see the other teams trading their PFs simply because they all fit very well in their systems. I don't see a reason for the Suns to trade Amare for Bosh....

So I think that leaves us and the Rockets, possibly the Blazers also. I'm not sure what the Rockets would give up; I'm sure Toronto probably doesn't want TMAC back.

I think we can offer Toronto a combination of young talent (picks and JJ, and possibly Boobie) and a huge expiring contract (Wally) that no other team that would really have a reason to push for Bosh this season can offer.

Teams with lots of young could offer Toronto more, but they have no reason to give up all of their talent to add Bosh, because they aren't going to win right now with or without him, and there's no guarantee that he's going to stay, anyways. They would basically be giving up their future for a year and a half of Bosh, and still not winning many games.

Toronto is not going to give up IMO. They still think that there might be some resemblance of hope. But still I agree with your points. And the teams that would possibly trade for Bosh like Utah that you just mentioned just got smaller because Utah also has Millsap. Millsap is a good young player himself who i'm sure Utah doesn't want to lose. Portland fans have talked about wanting to get Bosh. Trading Aldridge, Outlaw and some others to get him, but that would totally kill the depth of that team and I don't see them doing it. I agree we may have a nice shot if Bosh becomes available.
