In theory, the signing of Cameron Maybin makes sense in that he's a RHB OF. The problem, of course, is that his career splits actually favor him against RHP instead of LHP. This roster is in desperate need of RHB, as evidenced by Tito having to pinch-hit Greg Allen yesterday against a LHP even though he also fares better against RHP.

I'm sorry I did not meet the journalistic standards of this thread and I possibly overstated a position in the first portion of my post......and then went on to more reasonably discuss some of the dynamics with fan attendance and how resigning Lindor plays in to them.

Based on the very strict thesis criteria laid out above, overstating a point at the beginning renders all other discussion useless and will be solely fixated on for all eternity. Good to know.

I wish Chang was getting his major league shot right now.

A) Because Maybin was in Giants camp and ready to play faster than CarGo, and the Indians need help until CarGo is ready.

B) Getting a look at a vet for cheap, ala Joyce.

C) Depth at Columbus if someone goes down.

D) All of the above

Good stuff man. The last part seems really genuine. For the sake of this thread, I'll ignore following up on this anymore......but it's laughable that you waded in to the first point and then tried to back track and encourage discussion.....labeling someone as a "shit poster" when it takes 10 seconds to see I have 10,000+ likes, with less disagrees than you (even though I have twice as many posts). Definitely the hallmark of shit posting for sure.

I am not knowledgeable about Maybin to have an opinion, is he worse than Nayquin?
