Him coming back a year without substantial roster changes and then leaving would set us back a lot because it would convey our 1st rounder this coming year to Atlanta.

This time around, without major changes we're not getting past a BOS team that adds Kyrie and Hayward to the crew that almost beat us, or probably a PHI team that can and will make major additions.

When you fill in the appropriate details, as in "it is extremely sad that our country has come to the point where a non-white, community oriented individual wants to bounce because the very white and racist owner of a company met with a very white and very publicly racist President" then the statement sounds kind of silly, and a player's choice like that would be emminently understandable, very reasonable and not at all "sad", unless you were invested in people ignoring racism for some reason. Then you might be "sad", I suppose.
