Tyronn Lue has been fired

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Ok.

Jae Crowder gets here, looks like a scrub.

Rodney Hood gets here, looks like a scrub.

Now I was never high on those two, but why is it ok that Quinn Snyder and Brad Stevens can make those two look like high level role players for years and when Lue gets a hold them they look like end of the bench 10th men?

That 3rd quarter....playing 4 of the 5 starters 12 straight minutes while they bungled the lead was amazing.

Like...its not working, so lets change nothing.

And NO ONE outside of LeBron can get to the rim except our best perimeter defender that he refuses to play.

Just ask yourself this. If Ty Lue had coached Utah all year..what's their record?

George Hill goes to Utah, career year. Ricky Rubio goes to Utah, career year. 13th pick leading his playoff team in scoring.
THATS a coach that can take anything you give him and get the most out of.

I'm not sure if that team hits 40 wins with Ty Lue, let alone makes the playoffs.

Lue should have been sacked in January.

To not sack him then when we basically cleared the house was a moronic decision.

To continue sticking with him even after knowing the vertigo issues he is having, was even more moronic.

The ineptness of our front-office has basically rekt our season.

He still seems to be holding back some good plans...

This is what pisses me off the most.

Like, I want to sympathize with him with some things.

But this entire "I have secret shit" in my arsenal which no one knows is irritating.

Smart people don't go around telling people they are smart. Idiots do.

If he really has some great schemes etc lined up which he is holding back, just stfu.

We don't need to hear about it. We need to see it!

In one of Lloyd's final words, he thinks Lue's condition is pathologically affecting his coaching and decisions. If that's true, then management is complicit in allowing this to continue.

His condition being slow-wittedness? Yeah, I’d say that it is pathologically affecting his coaching and decisions.

I'd certainly rather have had Drew for the rest of the season, but Lue's medical issues put the Cavs in a tough spot for a mid-season firing.

Pretty certain he's gone after the season, though.

Doesn’t Gilbert owe him 21 million dollars?

And don’t we need someone to drive the tank next year? Methinks Lue would be an EXCEPTIONAL tank-driver.

A team will take on the personality of its Leader. It's not surprising the Cavs play sluggish and incoherent at times. This describes perfectly describes Lue. How he is still our coach is mind boggling. There is nothing he does even average. Every time i see his blank stare i want to throw a brick through my TV! Name 1 thing hes good at.

Substitutions - No
Game management - No
In game adjustments - Heck No
Use of TO's - haha
Offensive game plan - Iso LBJ at the top of the key is not a plan
Defensive game plan - Repeatedly playing Love out of position is a disgrace
Developing young guys - No, but with his blank stare I'm sure all the bench guys look blurry to him

Nance played well in the 1st half so lets plan on not playing him at all in the 3rd qtr even though we're struggling mightily. Iv'e never seen a coach play so many guys entire quarters at a time. Guys playing on dead legs is not a good idea.

Yes, he owes Lue, but the salary continuation payments he was making to Mike Brown and David Blatt during this season both end after this season. Also, the fact that it was Griff who gave him that extension may help Koby convince Dan if he decides he wants to can him.

And I don't want a tank that ruins the good young players that we do have.
