Windhorst Radio Show & Updates

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Did he say mike brown is good at making series adjustments

Lmao Windy cocaine is a helluva drug

Those 2009 adjustments against Orlando were impressive!

What about the celtics cavs

His genius idea to have Shaq guard Kevin Garnett was stupendous

Believe it took 8 minutes into the first for him to say aw shit

I made sure to quote that part, including "no matter what your memory says", which is a direct quote from Windy, because I knew it would make RCF go into a frenzy :chuckle:

Yep...that contract will look like a real clunker next year.

Gee, what some of us have been saying around here...
The JR contract will always hurt more and more because anyone that watched JR before he joined knew this would happen. He's had a rough time off the court and I hope that's the cause. Deep down I don't think it is. I trust Lebron to demand more from him this offseason if he doesn't show up this postseason. Guys have even lost loved ones and still ball for their teams.

Man, you have NO confidence that JR will get back up to speed with a full off season and training camp and no personal issues hanging over his head, do you?

McMenamin isn’t going anywhere. ESPN needs a Cavs beat reporter as long as LeBron is on the team.

Yep.

Windy and McMen aren't going anywhere.

They are two of the best ESPN has at what they do, and they are not redundant.

The guy who covered the Warriors, or used to, got axed. Strauss. Problem for him is that there are other ESPN people who cover the Warriors already, as well as other people who cover the NBA for ESPN.

Windy is one of the best NBA reporters in the business, in terms of getting breaking/important information from league sources. He's not going anywhere, particularly as ESPN owns rights to the NBA (so they need more NBA people).

McMenamin is the designated "ESPN LeBron Guy," now that Windy has kind of moved on from that position in a full-time capacity. There is no one else who covers the Cavs for ESPN directly and daily. McMenamin isn't going anywhere.

Nope. You pay players based on what they're projected to give you, not what they've done in the past.

JR is 31; expecting him to defend starting SGs going forward is unrealistic, coupled with the fact that he has a history of getting lazy once paid.

I also loved all the adjustments we made at halftime. Seemed like we always played amazingly well in the 3rd quarter.

Ill just always remember keeping LeBron on Rafer Alston while both Turkey and Steroids were killing us. I got the strategy at first, but, it was clear from game 1 it wasn't working.

You know how great Mike Brown was at making adjustments...

Didn't Rafer go berserk in one of those games and absolutely kill us?
