No, be more informed and less quick to be incited.
What is so on-point about this is that it doesn't just apply to comments/tweets/statements that can be misinterpreted, but also to news stories in general. The "bottom-up" solution to fake news is the only one that doesn't present an unacceptable risk of suppressing free speech/press. A good, healthy skepticism of the things we read and hear is the best way to push back against the risks of disinformation, or even honest misinterpretation.
