Please tell me 1 win over a mediocre team had no effect at all on dealing the coldest center in the league for freaking NOTHING
I refuse to believe a franchise is that inept
Chris Haynes: New Orleans now seeking trade partner for forward Terrence Jones, league sources tell ESPN. Mutual decision on behalf of team, Jones’ camp.

Ramona Shelburne: Look for Tim Frazier to get majority of minutes at PG after this trade. NOLA also has interest in DLeaguer Quinn Cook.

Hard to see Boston catching us.
Even if the Cavs were mediocre like 19-8 the Celtics would need to be 24-3 or so.
It just seems pretty unlikely.
Especially considering we play the Celtics, as do the Warriors, Wizards, Clippers etc
@Brizzle @Gus ZingOn no planet is Cousins even close to James/Harden/Westbrook/Kawhi/Coward level
Seriously there's a reason he went for as cheap as he did. He's not the commodity everyone made him out to be when you consider how much of a shit head he is

This really put the whole thing in perspective. The Kings just opened a brand new arena. How far will your team go with DMC as your best player? Is he a $200M player? If we're being completely honest there may not be 5 players in the league who are. You have to take all of that into consideration when breaking this trade down.
Yes Buddy may not be more than an average SG right now but the Kings do have a few decent young pieces. They'll have two top 15 picks this year and will have a ton of cap space to go along with it. They have a good HC. The most important thing is they can now finally establish a new culture. I'm not sure if signing DMC for $219M would've been the best decision giving where that franchise is at the moment.
Still hard to believe that Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans, a top-3-protected first, and a second was the best they could do...
Here's a question...
Does Buddy Hield and a non-lottery first rounder have more value than Kevin Love?
SAC has listened to Darren Collison offers (as I wrote last week). Now, executives believe he'll definitely be traded. He's an UFA in July.
