The link I provided explains why Rose gets hurt a lot. This page breaks down lots of details of some key players and goes over a lot of the biomechanics and form that goes into movement in sports/basketball...IMO the most informative channel for ball on YouTube give it a look.

Basically Rose has very bad landing mechanics and heel strikes a lot which lead to injuries. Whereas players like Lebron and Westbrook especially, have good form when sprinting, jumping, and landing...which is why they don't ever get hurt (and having good technique contributes to athleticism)

They also had a quick vid regarding Loves back problems on their twitter page...saying that his problems are likely because of inactive glutes/core. When those muscles aren't firing properly, or you don't have proper technique to engage the glutes/core...your lower back will suffer the consequences.

Pretty interesting stuff...someone should show this to Rose lol.

Pretty sure this was the moment. I remember watching it with tears of joy anticipating a return.

I forgot about Wade. He may be here to at some point.
Bledsoe, Jackson, Melo, Green and Wade. That's four dudes that can help right away and one that has all star potential.

If he stays healthy, this is an automatic win. An upgrade to Deron Williams, IMO. and he can def give Livingston AND curry problems. Good signing.

IF kyrie stays, he is the ideal person to pair up with Kyrie. As for how he meshes with Bron, let's find out..

He still has that explosive first step, and check up stats for yourself to see his on ball defense was average to above average.

His off ball, is not so good though. Let's see.

So almost four months ago, he tore the meniscus in his left knee, am I right? What's the outlook of an injury like that? Will he be able to start game 1 or even play in a few preseason games?
Also, Rose and Korver are reunited! Let's do this!
