The Official Game of Thrones [A Song of Ice and Fire] Thread (includes spoilers)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Arya has to be the biggest change from books to show. I've got no clue what George is gonna do with her, but it isn't this.

Funny thing was I liked the dynamic early on. It woild have been fake for them to be all sisterly towards each other when they didnt like each other to begin with and they've been through so much shit since.

But they clearly had no idea what to do with them after getting them together.

Honestly, should have sent Arya to Eastwatch to join the brigade and Sansa could have been left alone to outsmart Littlefinger.

All I can hope with Arya is that this is some sort of ruse and that she's a step ahead of Littlefinger.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why else this whole plot line is happening. Esp when Bran can just blow the lid off the whole thing.

Anyone else think Euron is gonna take Dragonstone while they're having their parlay in Kings landing?

While the winterfell shit is annoying, I gotta think there's some sort of payoff. At least I'm hoping...

I think the wall will come down at the very final scene.

I thought I saw his ships in Kings Landing in the preview. It was someone's bigass Navy.

As far as the story being rushed, I watched an inside the ep after the 4th episode and they said that episode featured more CGI dragon shots that the entire series combined before.

So...I get it. Add another season with the same amount of CGI and dragon usage and you're getting really expensive. Particularly now that one of the dragons is the main antagonists big weapon.

Rumor has it Gendry will be running a marathon in this Olympics along with rowing.

The night King will be the javalon thrower...

I didn't watch the preview to next episode, so I have no clue on that.

The cgi bit probably explains why we haven't seen ghost at all this season.

So Longclaw's eyes opened up...

Search Longclaw on twitter.

Could that be Bran?

I'm sure that's why we havent seen Ghost.

I remember season 2 when they had the dragons in cages covered with tarps. Solely due to budgetary reasons.

Think people, including myself, need to cut them a little more slack.

The more dragons and undead CGI fights, the more expensive the episode gets.

Hmmm. Can he warg into inanimate objects?

It was odd though.

The Browns reportedly showing interest in the Night King after tonight's episode.

I'm at that point where I just don't care about all the stupid shit that doesn't quite compute anymore. I'm so fucking entertained that I'm willing to just overlook the whole Westeros-meets-Goku instant transmission technique and the fact that nobody wearing body armour drowns or sinks.
