Instead of trading Love for other trash. Why not go all in for Cousins? He's a legit #1 or 2 option. You know he won't play bad...and Lebron would take him under his wing and take care of his mental on court issues. He is playing so well though this year so I can't see N.O. trading him easily.

I think that’s the best bet. But it would have to involved the Brooklyn pick as well. Boston could beat us out for boogie if we just offer love or just offer the Brooklyn pick.

I could see Love fitting perfectly in Utah! Him and Rubio played well off each-other and could reunite. Gobert would cover all of his weakness - he would be the perfect compliment of any player in the NBA for Love. Utah is really struggling shooting the ball thus far the season so maybe they would see Love as a fix.

Before the deadline.

Cavs get: Favors, Sefolosha, 1st
Jazz get: Love

Fucking Hell. NO!

That trade is awful.

I would gladly give Love + Shump + Brooklyn Pick for Gobert + Ingles though!

I have just one question to Love, why the fuck he doesn’t jump when he try to defend in the paint?!

Because then he wouldn’t be in position to grab the rebound on the 1% chance they miss.

Fuckig KLove. That is how you play. Be a monster inside. Keep it up.

Love needs to check into the Cleveland Clinic after every game.

THAT IS WHAT THEY NEED TO DO WITH LOVE EVERY FUCKING GAME.

Correction that's what Love needs to do every game. I can probably count with one hand the games he's looked like a TRUE star in the Cavs, this was one of them.

Fire Lue of course tho.

And there's no excuse, honestly, for not doing it.

Milwaukee is one of the longest, most athletic, physical/strong front-courts in the league. That is what is supposed to give Love problems. Yet that's twice he's kicked their ass.

Need to make this a more common occurrence. Lots of it is on Love too. He hasn't exactly been innocent of lack of effort against these bad teams.

No one is exempt from the effort criticism, but it's about fucking time they made him a priority. They looked for him on the pick and roll. They immediately looked for him whenever he had a mismatch. They let him initiate from the elbow. It's about fucking time they did it.

I made several jokes in the game thread about the one-sided officiated in favor of the Cavs, but a lot of it was because Love got position, and the man guarding him had no other choice but to grab him. It's not pretty, and everyone is going to prefer the drive and kick, freewheeling offense, but it fucking works, and with Love's ability to seal and make free throws, he can live at that line.

The more I watch Love without Tristan on the court the more I think Tristan should never be on the court with Love

Love is just so much better at Tristan's role as an offensive rebounder than TT is but with the added benefit of not being garbage at literally all other facets of offense

But while TT is in we just post Love at the 3 point line and have Tristan take the role of cleaning the glass and moving around which I really am not even convinced he is better at rather than he just gets significantly more opportunities

I've long been a TT fan. But he and Love is just a mismatch that hurts Love's game and renders him to a spot up shooter. The Love we saw tonight is so much better than floor spacer Love

Yes surprised. Didn't even attempt a 3 tonight

His effort was amazing today. Dude played pissed off. Truthfully I've never seen him play this angry. Played like he had enough of losing and wanted to do something about it whether LeBron or whoever cared about winning. Great stuff and he has given great effort all season. Wish he could clean up the missed bunnies though. Fatigued sure, but he missed three bunnies in the fourth.
