My argument for OSU getting in the playoff is basically why do we even Schedule good teams like Oklahoma? If were 11-1 and even with the Iowa Loss it would likely be a win and were in situation. There is a small chance that the committee does not punish us as harshly for the OU loss early in the season and sends a message that you will not get in with a soft OOC schedule. Now its a tough argument because Bama did schedule a Flordia State team that was terrible this year. It comes down to the fact I think they have enough reason to put us in over bama but they will just play it safe and put the 1 loss team in.

OSU really blew a chance at basically being 100% in....
They have been so sloppy tonight.......everything went their way today, except execution on the field. It's like worst case scenario where they win ugly and let Bama sneak in back door.

Fresno lost, which reduces the good wins for Alabama . OSU wins and they are in
I think the need to win by a touchdown +......I disagree they're just automatically in. They've looked really shitty at times tonight. Enough to give the committee the ability to go with 2 SEC teams.
This drive is huge.

Really, their entire case is something they didn't even accomplish...their entire case is the Iowa game.

The committee had to fudge things (fresno st) to get Alabama where they were this morining. With a fresno lost and a OSU win, the committee should have OSU 4th and it shouldn't be close

As previously mentioned, they don't have a case besides us losing to Iowa. That's it. Bama accomplished nothing (!) over the course of the entire season.

Seriously, if thats a 7 pt loss, I think OSU is in. Or if they won this game by 20+. OSU beat 2 top 10 teams, but by a total of 7 pts.
