If Oklahoma was going to win, we wanted them to crush TCU....

So that's good. OU is pouring it on...could help them move to #2 which boosts our SOS a bit.

Georgia down 7-0 but driving. Have looked pretty good so far.

Got the result we needed in Oklahoma-TCU.

Don't know if it matters who wins SEC. I think Georgia winning helps us more, but might be negligible.

Yeah. Splitting hairs here, but Auburn losing makes Bama look a little worse.

Georgia winning is big for us for two reasons:

1. It moves Oklahoma up in the polls strengthing our resume

2. It hurts Bama's SOS and makes their loss marginally worse.

If Georgia can win, and Boise State beats Fresno St it'd be the worst day possible for Bama.

Then if we can win convincingly, I think it makes the committees ability to put Bama in much harder IMO. Best win against an average LSU, and blew their only chance at an elite win.

Also hope Clemson wins tonight so they aren't added into the mix with us & Bama

Because Clemson's resume is...it's good.

Another reason to root for Georgia, is Auburn losing hurts Clemson's resume.

He can be a little overboard at times but I like any call with Gus Johnson. Plus the Buckeyes football team is undefeated when he calls the game.
