Absent that, they are normally fine. Not many racist Africans in Africa because they have the highest levels of genetic diversity of all humans.

Do you have evidence to support any of this?

People who emigrate are vastly different temperamentally than those who don't. I don't think that's a great piece of evidence and I'd be surprised if jews oppressed Hispanics to the extent they must have to producw these results

Again, the FOXP206 gene in the Afrikaners.

I am certain we can destroy that gene through natural de-selection and CRISPR. Or winnow it down by enforcing a one child policy.

Few may like it, but few liked the Civil Rights Act.

If we can legislate people's private behavior, we can legislate away undesirable genes.

CRISPR is painless, having one child is favorable, and chemical castration has no ill effects.

Giving people rights to vote isn't the same as the government manipulating your genetics, or your offspring. And letting them do it in one instance opens the door to others. Not equivalent imo

If it's guaranteed to have no other impact on literally anything else, and we're only making people less racist with, then maybe. But I think there are other things to look at first like psychopathy etc.

Racist people who aren't hurting anyone aren't hurting anyone. All psychopaths are. I could name like 50 things I'd address before racism.

I have no issues with culling the population for bad genetics. As a species we have been stuck in an evolutionary dead-end for the past 400 years.

There is no natural selection to favor positive traits. Everyone reproduces and the consequence is a genome that gets dumber and dumber.

If nature is unable to do her thing, then it is perhaps time to use science to identify and eliminate genes that express in harmful ways. Whether through manipulation of the gene, or barring that considering our technology isn't advanced enough yet, preventing the replication of those genes into the next generation.
