I have no issues with culling the population for bad genetics. As a species we have been stuck in an evolutionary dead-end for the past 400 years.

There is no natural selection to favor positive traits. Everyone reproduces and the consequence is a genome that gets dumber and dumber.

If nature is unable to do her thing, then it is perhaps time to use science to identify and eliminate genes that express in harmful ways. Whether through manipulation of the gene, or barring that considering our technology isn't advanced enough yet, preventing the replication of those genes into the next generation.

It's easy to look at ways you want to improve things. It's nowhere near as easy to do that without fucking everything up.

Racism is a whole panoply of traits triggered by FOXP206. Aggression, irrationality, fear, selfishness. Plus it is easily identifiable unlike the genes associated with other disorders.

Eliminating that is a shotgun blast in the right direction. A good start.
