Honestly those were both clearly offensive fouls. He extended his arms both times. Harden also need to recognize that he has Marcus Smart on him and he will get up in you. Even if you didn't agree with the first foul Harden can't put himself right back in that situation.
 
Marcus Smart was bear hugging Harden, holding his arm, climbing him like a monkey.

Then Harden tries to get free and Smart flops like prime Ginnobli/Varejao/you name it. Twice.

Now, it was fucking hilarious to watch. Christ was that funny. The look on Harden's face when he realized that the NBA refs were going to give Celtics the benefit of the doubt over him every single time was absolutely priceless.

But yeah the Celtics are the most fraudulent 28-10 team of all time.
