I can't fathom how anyone could possible give him the benefit of the doubt after hearing his explanation for why he didn't hire an offensive cordinator before.
What Hue negotiated is very common in the NFL in the past 20 years. I welcome everyone to research all the OC and DC who went to an unsuccessful franchise. They demand a say in the direction of the franchise. Honestly, why else leave?
The only cure to the pitchfork and torch you feel in your hand is winning. Until then, the fact that Hue is a common hire getting a common shot at being a coach who bucks the odds and turns it around will be the Frankenstein monster successfully singing Putting On the Ritz.
