Phil handy the developmental coach who never develop anyone before happened to him.
He also has no defined role. That’s the problem with the whole team,no system and no defined roles. You’ve got young guys that need guidance, Lue isn’t doing that.

Sadly we didn't win the lottery the year Anthony Davis came out. We won it when we got Bennett though.................switch those 2 we never trade for Love and we have Wiggins and Davis and this team wins many championships when LeBron comes back possibly would be gunning for our 4th in a row this year.

Yes because Davis has proven he can win ships

Yes because Davis has proven he can win ships
Pretty sure Davis, Kyrie and LeBron = many ships.

Davis is one of the best players in the NBA not sure what your watching and I am sure he should have beat GS by himself the last 3 years.

LeBron won tons of them his first stint in Cleveland.

What a stupid statement only 1 team wins a championship a year.

Terrible caculated post.

If we won the Davis sweepstakes then we definitely wouldn't have the #1 overall to select Wiggins because Kyrie and Davis would've garnered more wins than the few tanking teams.

It's cool to think back and all, but it's also depressing and we shouldn't put that evil here.

Second best player on Anthony Davis' team since he's been in the NBA:
'12-'13: Eric Gordon who played 42 games or Ryan Anderson
'13-'14: Ryan Anderson (22 games played) or Tyreke Evans
'14-'15: Tyreke Evans
'15-'16: Jrue Holiday
'16-'17: 17 games of DeMarcus Cousins
'17-'18: ruptured Achillies Boogie or Jrue Holiday, who finally, has come into his own a bit

They finally gave AD just a bit of talent this postseason, and he sweeps a Blazer team that was the one of the hottest teams in the league coming into the postseason.

We got vets like Hill saying they don't even know their role. That should never happen in the NBA unless you're tanking.. Much less a team three games into the playoffs.

I think, at this point, you have to phase out Korver, Green, Hood, Clarkson, and maybe JR. They have all let the team down in a big way.

You have to give Cedi, and maybe Zizic, some burn. You have to start Nance. You maybe even have to give TT another shot, though who know where his head is?

At this stage, I start Calderon-Hill-Bron-Love-Nance, and let Calderon run a god-damned offense.

I bring Cedi, TT, Zizic, and maybe JR off the bench, and I let Korver, Green, Hood, and Clarkson park themselves at the end of the bench and munch on dick sandwiches for 48 minutes.

Rose 17 pts tonight on 8/15 from field.

Imagine this team with Wade and Rose.............couldn't have used those players with everyone of our young players taking a dump in our series or nothing could we.

Last time I checked, it helps to make the finals to win the ship. Just saying .

Rose getting hurt really derailed any chance of him succeeding on this team. I've come to the conclusion that the offense isn't built by Lue but over time by just players feeling each other out. Rose looked alright in the beginning of the season and I think if he got those extra 40 games with us he would have been fine. Players would have just adjusted their play to help him out.

As for Wade its becoming clearer that it was a dumb choice to give him the option to go back to Miami. The bench had a good thing going and I think they would have continued even if Clarkson was inserted in. You don't give up on players that are producing on the court.

I find it kind of pointless to think about these what ifs. Every team has a ton of them. Philly included... They could now easily have a starting lineup of Embiid/Porzingis/Giannis/Tatum/Simmons.

Alright ladies and gentleman

It’s game day

It’s time for these cast of knuckleheads, OutKast’s, misfits, outsiders to get the job done

Was excited for every game so far, but no longer. It's clear as day I'm not seeing any player on this team magically ball out like we need them to. Hill was never really a 1 or 2 or 3, just a good role playing PG. Hood has really proven nothing in his career except a 'potential', but lets be honest, does anyone see a dog in him ready to fight? No. Korver and JR will have sporadic big games but it's only like once every 6 games- so not what we need right now. Love is great, but he was soft to begin with-- add in the injuries now he's tip-toeing around the court. We need a dominant version of him, one that he cannot muster. Jeff Green is Jeff Green, i'm not going any further with him. Nance has shown some fight, but the lack of coaching, gelling and gameplanning hurts his ability to make big and consistent plays. Clarkson looks like a child in a man's game. The ONLY thing we have not seen is Cedi-- who has recently missed some huge wide open threes in games when we needed him to step up. I would personally unleash him right now, but not sure if he will be able to make a difference. Maybe have Lebron inject him with some of his extra growth hormones.
