You guys definitely broke him during this draft process
 
Drafting Baker Mayfield could:
  • Get Grossi to retire
  • Get Triplethreat banned during the draft
Might be a decent trade-off?

So all this Mayfield crap is pretty clearly the "serious" draft day rumor designed to get a pirate's fortune for the 4th pick. But by all means, let's keep the smoke rolling, do our part so to speak...
 
All of these predictions/"reports" sound like a lot of piggybacking off of Schefter's speculative tweet. I've seen zero substance or sourcing beyond that...

A lot of prediction based on "feel" right now.

I do not hate Rosen as a prospect at all.

Nor have I ever said that.

With that being said. I like Mayfield the most. Then probably Darnold, then Rosen.

I think in today’s NFL being able to extend plays and throw outside the pocket is very important.

If the Browns took Mayfield, Rosen or Darnold a 1 im going to be very happy. Very happy.

If it’s Allen I’ll deal with it and give him a shot to prove me wrong.

I don’t understand why we can’t like more than one of these guys. They’re all super good prospects, in a special QB draft.. there’s a reason we will have 4 or 5 go top 10.

Can I ask you where you would rank Mayfield as a QB prospect in the last 3 years?
 
Just please let Chubb fall to 4 and don’t trade out. The terror he Garrett and ogbah would bring would be beautiful.

He's 4th this year behind Jackson, Darnold and Rosen.

Would have had him 4th last year too, I see no reason why I wouldn't take Trubisky, Mahomes or Watson. Maybe even Kizer too if I knew he wasn't going to be coached by Hue Jackson.

Nowhere near Goff or Wentz, and above Paxton Lynch.

That’s simply just not even close to the case for virtually everyone except you.

Even your “guy I respect a ton” has Baker much higher.
