With that said, I guess I'm not too disappointed they are not throwing Collins level money at a 30 year old safety :dunno:

Kindred is under contract for 2019. He actually got the proven performance escalator along with Schobert since they both player more than 35% of the snaps in their first 3 years.

Edit: if you were talking about Boddy-Calhoun, you are right he didn't get tendered.

He has a $7.5m roster bonus due this Friday, so I'm sure we will know soon what KC is doing with him. Here is my stance: Earl Thomas will get big bucks but we saw last year, before he got hurt, that he was still one of the best safeties in football. With Berry, who has only played 4 games in the last 2 years, it is more of an unknown of if he is the same player that earned that huge contract KC gave him.

If he's cut, I'd be interested at the right price.
