It usually that's the case that G-league players like him wont be able to score efficiently in the NBA because of the better talent but also limited touches. He will have to earn his spot and touches more than a first or second round pick.
Players like him just don't understand that NBA teams don't want someone like him to come in and take up a bunch of touches to score. They want a PG that can pass to the better talent they already have on the roster. If we were a tanking team with no guard depth, maybe he could come in as a scoring guard but even then he would be competing with alot of players just like him to get that sort of chance.
G-league players in general just need understand that them working up the hierarchy of the NBA for them is more like a regular job than like other NBA players. They aren't given the benefit of the doubt that draft picks and vet are given.
