Really fortunate for Bates -- and for the Cavs -- that he's playing with a bunch of high BBIQ players who share the ball and play the right way. It nudges him in that same direction instead of playing hero ball.

Nice first developmental experience with the organization.

Most likely Emoni, Brobley, and Porter have 2 ways as this year started 3 players with 2 ways. Nance gets the Exhibit contract. The only thing I thought of is someone like NO would take away Nance as two way. Then I would get Brobley on the roster and put Nance as two way. We would still have 1 player to keep and that’s with Merrill being the 13th man on roster.
 
Merrill, Porter, Bates, iMobley, Travers. Would be happy with them in the deep rotation after swapping Okoro, Rubio and Wade together for one player.
