I think your instincts are correct.. skip DSL and go directly to Complex leagues.. Challenging him at this point is probably a good thing..19 is a little old for rookie DSL action, especially with a 500k bonus... Maybe start in the DSL and finish in the ACL, or he comes stateside right away?
