I don't want to get too excited over this since there was no Giannis, but what pleased me the most was the defensive effort throughout the entire game. We can hang with any team if we brought it line that every night.
 
What a game! I have no complaints tonight. Great play across the board and a monster game from Niang

Wade 5-3-0 with a steal in 21 minutes.
Allen 21-13-3 with a block in 26 minutes 10 straight double-doubles, tied for 2nd in Cavs history.

Mitchell 31-5-7 with 3 steals in 26 minutes. 12-19 fg, 4-8 from 3. Mitchell passes 11k points

Bench: 62-26-22 in 27 minutes. Perhaps the bench's best game of the year.
LeVert 4-3-4 in 22 minutes. An off night, no problem. Still +2
Merrill 10-5-5 in 22 minutes. Good game, filling up the stats
Thompson 6-9-3 in 20 minutes
Niang 33-5-2 in 27 minutes. Career high, game high. 13-14 fg, 5-6 from 3.
Porter 9-2-2 with 2 steals in 20 minutes
Jones 0-2-0 in 10 minutes
 
After this one result, it nearly evened out the season point differential for the Cavs and Bucks.

Went into the game:
Bucks +5.1
Cavs + 2.4

Came out of the game:
Bucks +3.9
Cavs + 3.3

(slight inconsistency in increase/decrease due to rounding to the tenths place, I believe plus more total points scored for Bucks)

Two more times (regular season).
Can't wait!

The Giannis excuse is pathetic. We didn’t have Mitchell or Okoro when we beat the Sixers in Philly in OT. They lost by 40. The Bucks look old and uninspired.

Meanwhile ESPN cuts to Bronny for CBB pregame. No postgame comments or interviews.
