Kobe only had 2 personal fouls. OMG NBA FIX.

Yeah I agree clearly the league is fixed for Lebron he gets to play aggressive D and not even think about being called for fouls. Kobe played no defense on Brewer since he cant shoot and Lakers want him to try and he still got 2 fouls omg so fixed.

And...fail to notice sarcasm....

Kobe tonight is freeing up all the other guys, they have started playing better in the 4th but up until then it was all Kobe.

Without Kobe this game would have been an epic fail.

Oh Lawd. How about that stretch when Kobe was on the bench and Walton-Sasha-Shannon hit back-to-back-to-back 3's to pretty much take the lead for good and then the Laker defense kicked it up a notch? I thought it was pretty clear the Lakers' depth and defense played just as big a factor in their win as did Kobe going off. In fact, Kobe's +/- is pretty much the worst on the team for that game (Kobe +4 vs. Fisher +6, Gasol +15, Odom +20, Ariza +5, Brown +8, Walton +4, Vujacic +9, ect.).

Can you not talk down other Lakers players in order to prop Kobe up? Yes he played great we know but don't act like he's doing it all by himself.

After the game tonight, the next time a Lakers fan starts talking crap about how the Cavs get every call etc etc I'm going to virtually slap the living shit out of them through their computer screen. The Lakers have absolutely zero room to talk about any team getting more calls than them after tonight...

I saw Kobe commit three blatant reach-in fouls during the 3rd quarter (two of which resulted in bad passes and turnovers from the Jazz because he hit them in the arm) and none of them were called...

Actually it seems like you were the one to failed to notice sarcasm because I definitely noticed it in his post but you didn't in mines.

Nice try but don't try to make it like Kobe wasn't playing help D on the other guys.

Shannon Brown looks great out there in LA, i think he fits that triangle offense perfectly. I told ya all that he would blow up one day, I really wish we would have kept him.

Yeah he looks great, but he was just potential at the time. He is basically the only thing of value that we gave up for Delonte, Mo, Joe, Ben, and Wally. I'll take that deal anytime.

Is Shannon really "blowing up" though? He's played well, but its within a very constrained role with some great players who are carrying most of the load. Brown deserves credit for progressing, but "blowing up" seems a bit hyperbolic, and he's certainly not what we thought he would/could be (Jazz are atrocious on defense, btw)

I still think if they're relying on Brown for heavy minutes in the Finals, that's not necessarily a positive development for the Lakers.
