Bauer gonna get traded for a reliever and some fringe prospect that ends up winning a Cy Young in 4 years.
 
Bauer's smartest man in the room syndrome is how we got him in the first place. I think he could be a stud if he wasn't so damn stubborn. You would think the guy would see what our coaching has done for guys like Kluber and Cookie who weren't even on the same stratosphere as a prospect as Bauer and buy in, but no.

Yeah, no chance Texas would deal Kela and one of their prized OF's. FWIW, Kela is really good, even if he's just a reliever. He'd be a hard throwing late inning guy.

If the Indians want to rid themselves of Bauer, Kela and a fringe prospect is pretty fair. Anything beyond that and the Rangers probably balk. No chance the Rangers would even do Mazara or Brinson for Bauer straight up. I can understand if the Indians would prefer to add a piece to the MLB roster as opposed to collecting a prospect for a troubled asset....

Only thing I hated about the Chief hat was the red bill, but they finally went away from that last year with the all blue...maybe that one guy who wanted them to go all blue caps with no logo had a talking with them last year, but had to compromise in the end.

And I'm not that big of a fan of the Block C or the cursive I if they bring that shit out of retirement...there needs to be some character to it, too many teams rock generic letters, especially C, on their hats. To me, C hats will always be the Cubs and Reds. This thing I saw a few years ago still would look awesome, IMO.

Nobody wants the fact that merica stole the land from the Indians on the front line. In order to make it go away, you have to delete references in the public eye under the guise of racism/PC.

It's quite clever.

The problem is that all these cities names start with a 'c'. We need to change the city name to Xleveland or Kleveland so we can have a unique letter on the cap.

You can be clever with the letter, as I showed above in that exact post you responded to...my problem is with it being a generic C...put an Indian feather on it, do something that makes it stand out a bit more

I mean, whether you think the logo is right or wrong, the Chief Wahoo logo is one of the most recognizable in all of sports, not just baseball, and it instantly ties to Cleveland...a generic C doesn't exactly do that, at least for me.
