2016 College Football Season/Playoff Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I know. That's as ridiculous as a team dropping from 3 to 6 by not losing a game. Could never happen.

Want to put your ass where your keyboard is?

Bet you OSU is in tomorrow.

They are, you eat a ban until the playoff is over.

They aren't, I eat a ban until the playoff is over.

Let's see how confident you are...

Tosu is safe. everyone have a drink, jerk it, and enjoy the evening.

There are two spots for clemson, psu and Washington

OSU vs Clemson.....will be a good one. A more physical team vs a more high-octane, but less physical squad.

My guess is Clemson is a slight favorite by Vegas....OSU's offense just hasn't shown enough to make the betting public jump on them. I have to say, as I knock OSU's offense, I do believe the Bucks can get huge chunk yards in the run game against Clemson.

What makes Clemson better than Washington? that they scheduled Auburn and South Carolina?

As far as Oklahoma goes. maybe they shouldn't of lost to an American Athletic conference Team.

Yes, that would exactly be it. Strange that scheduling better competition and winning makes you a better team. Crazy, I know.

Here is Washington's non-conference: Rutgers (the worst power five school over the course of like the last 100 years, and I'm not exaggerating), Idaho, and Eastern Washington.

So, yea, scheduling Auburn, and no one else, is better than that.

As far as Oklahoma goes, you're completely dodging my point about rewarding weak schedules, but that's nothing new.

Care to put your money on it?

Or Bitcoin, or silver...whatever you're collecting for the eventual market collapse?

Confident about what? That it's possible? How would we even settle that bet? Ask Hocutt if they discussed the option?

It's simple...let me post it again for you, and read slowly.

If OSU is in the playoff, you are banned from RCF until the playoff is over.

If OSU is out of the playoff, I am banned from RCF until the playoff is over.

I'm sure a mod can happily oblige with the temp ban.

Fellas, the conversation isn't if OSU gets dropped out.....it's if Washingtin did enough to get the nod over PSU.

You literally cannot compare the resumes of tOSU and Washington. It's night and day......we get rewarded for scheduling Oklahoma. I think PSU gets left out, but if it's Washington, they can blame their OOC schedule:

Rutgers
Idaho
Portland St

Oooofffff.....just terrible. At least PSU can hang hats on Temple who won their conference.

Keep in mind Tulsa ended up being a quality team as well. It's easy to look at the OU win (Big 12 winner) but Tulsa is actually a better OOC win than a single U-Dub OOC win as well.

I can see PSU getting in over Washington honestly. I won't be surprised either way.

I have no idea what the committee will do and never claimed to, so why would I bet? Since you already know what they will do, you should probably try to make a little more off of that information anyway.

Talks shit, then plays the fool when someone adds a consequence to his recent posting. No marbles.

I think Ohio State stays at number two. Penn State gets in at No.4.

I don't see how Penn State gets in. If they thought Washington was better last week, how can they possibly declare they aren't better now?

Clemson...I don't know. Plus, you have to jump Penn State over Michigan, who beat them by 40. Nah, I think it's pretty much set in stone. No drama at all.
