Well, they got their home victory. Congrats. Now blow them out next game.

I don't think Cubs feel that good about that win. They barely skated by and with the help of the umps at that. I'd like to see the game called fairly to see if the end result would still be the same but we will never know. Indians are owed home cooking in a big way.
 
Meh. Bottom line is everybody not named Bauer has shut these guys down. I wouldn't have put him within 100 feet of the mound tonight, but whatever.

If you can't win 1 out of 2 in your home park with your two hottest pitchers throwing and your pen in great shape, you aren't a champion.
 
I think the Cubs played their best all-around game today and the Indians still only lost by 1. If not for Guyer's idiot play, bad base running by Lindor, and some wasted at-bats this game could have gone to extra innings or even swung in the Indians favor.

I DO not want this game going 7. Indians need to rest and be better mentally prepared for Game 6. Smarter offense is needed and Tomlin needs to put together another strong start.

This is scary. I do not like the Cubs getting confidence.

Stupid for the lady to wear that anyways. I'm sure shit happened way worse when the Browns were good.
 
My only concern is the Arrietta and Hendricks they are going to get strike calls 6' off the plate and we are going to get balls called for anything on the outer 1/3 of the plate

It was in the 60-40 area. It skewed towards Chicago (getting more) but it isn't even the number of calls but WHEN they were called.

Tonight, our missed calls have destroyed rallies, which has been crippling.

Friday night, the "missed" calls favored the Cubs, 16-3.

But it's the Cubs' movie. We are just in it.

Bauer sucking dick in Game 2 should have been all you needed to know. He is who he is.

That was an easy one, Tito.

Still- We play a clean game and get fair ball-strike calls, we win. Bad fielding, bad at-bats, bad base-running. Game could have easily been 3-2 the OTHER way. The more you give the Cubs life, the more the Tribe tightens up. Tomlin needs another miracle, this time against the defending NL Cy Young winner. Pray for rain, so that Kluber can start Game 6.
